Reflect, Reset, and Recharge
How do we plan to end out the year and start off the next?
We are almost half way through November… let that sink in… we have less than 50 days left of this year.

Before we know it, we will be with friends or family celebrating the holidays, hopefully getting some much needed time off the recharge, and get ready to kick off 2025 strong. With all that is going to happen over the next 50ish days, it is important to be intentional or else those days will come and go, 2025 will be upon us, and we can get sucked into the routine of life without any planning, reflection, or preparation for this next year.
Even though it is important to do these things more than just at the end of the year, I want you to walk through these questions with me.
1) Reflect:
What can you celebrate about this year?
Where are there areas for growth for next year?
What do you want to do more of? Less of?
What brings you fulfillment or joy?
What in your life seems to drain you?
Reflecting gives us a time to remove the full weight of emotions and just open our minds to what has happened. Remove any “could, would, should,” or other guilt associated language as you reflect and truly be honest with yourself about how 2024 went. This is true for all areas of your life, not just professionally. Now is the time to do a 100% honest look at where you are at so you can see where you want to go from here.
2) Reset:
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Life doesn’t just happen on a whim, it is often a direct connection to our choices, habits, and how we are showing up. If there are things that are serving us well, keep doing them! If there are things that are not, find ways to change or improve. Change doesn’t happen in a day, but each day gives us the chance to start making that change.
What is your driving force behind what you do? How are you going to let that move you forward?
What personal or professional growth is needed to move you forward?
What is one SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time bound) goal for each of the important areas of your life that you want to focus on for next year? What steps are you going to build in to make that happen?
What support do you need to get there (coach, mentor, membership, etc) to keep you focused and accountable?
What will this success bring you emotionally, physically, mentally, and financially?
3) Recharge
We all have to take time away to disconnect, recharge, and rest. We are not meant to go 24/7/365. That is how burnout begins. We have to take time to pour back into ourselves and also to rest- physically, socially, and emotionally rest. The next few weeks will have a lot going on with traditions, gatherings, gifts, food, and so much more, AND build in time NOW where you will focus on your needs so you can come to next year as your best self.
How do you recharge?
When do you recharge?
What times over the next 50 days are you bringing in to make sure you are charged up and ready to thrive in 2025?
What resonated with you today? I love this time of year yes for the festivities and time with loved ones, but also to reflect, rest, and recharge! Do you need someone to walk with you through these questions and help you make a plan? I would love to help you dive into these questions and more. Snatch one of these sessions at only $100 to make sure we are helping you close out this year strong and start off the next one right!
