Priorities Change and That's Okay

This week the newsletter has been delayed (I know some of you were waiting patiently for Wednesday morning and may have been sad when it didn’t come in 😉 ) but my newsletter didn’t come in this week on time due to a tight deadline for an exciting new project that I was working on then taking some time to be with my husband while he was on vacation.

It got me thinking quite a bit about how we spend our time and what we prioritize. Our time on this earth is limited and each day we only have 24 hour to use at our disposal. We each get to choose how we spend our time each minute, hour, day, and week. What we chose to spend our time on is what we show we value whether directly or indirectly. If you are not spending enough time on your health, that is your way of saying your health is not important. If you aren’t spending time with your loved ones then the same thing. Even if you are not consciously saying those words out loud it os what your time is saying.

This week I challenge you to do an inventory of your time and choices. Are there places you should be spending more or less time to align with your priorities?

How do you want to show your priorities this week?

What kind of content or topics would you like to see moving forward?
