Identify 2–3 systems to implement or upgrade:

• onboarding

• client communication

• invoicing

• content creation

• workflow management

Strong systems create strong leaders.

3. Audit Your Support
Who do you need next year?
A VA?
A project manager?
A marketing contractor?
A grant writer?
